TERMS: Cash or check with ID.  No Buyers Premium. Indiana sales tax collected.

Must be 18 to purchase a long gun, must be 21 and an Indiana resident to purchase a handgun. A FFL/NICS background check will be done on site and will be required by ALL PURCHASERS except FFL dealers, and you will need to bring your certificate of license to the auction. Having a conceal carry DOES NOT exempt you from a background check.

All guns with an A do not require a background check.

We DO NOT ship guns to other FFL dealers.

We will begin at 9 am with the Crown Vic, Blazer, and eX mark zero turn mower. We’ll sell the gun safe and the guns around 9:15. Around 9:15 we will divide into 2 auctions simultaneously, so if you have an interest in items in each building bring a friend! The guns, Union furniture, and the old collectibles come from the Estate of Earl and Bertha Kreinhop of Batesville. They were both employees of Union Furniture Co. Many interesting old items and can’t list everything. We will have late additions added, so check out website later this week for more pictures and descriptions.
